Critique~ sorry i'm kinda late with this, here we go~

The colors are a bit unfinished. Around the eyes, tail and back. It makes it look a bet blurry and hard to focus on. I'd try (for drawling like this) to use the darkest shade of the main color to out line were the line art would be. For instance; on the tail, you did that with the red/ orange color, making the depth of the fur pop out more. Also what I do for my own works is, after out lining, i then go back in and VERY lightly color the fur part hitting the light, with (using your picture as an example) the same red used to out line the fur clump. the pressure near the line should always be the heaviest, but not to heavy . The further away  from the line the more pressure is reduced and the color should appear to fade. Then go back with a color that should be used as the "high light" color and repeat this process over the red. good colors to use would be orange, a pale yellow, orange-ish red. the same method could be used on the eye, probably the underpart of the eye to make shadow. For the back, i'd just go back in and very lightly color with orange and red in the parts that would be receiving the most light.
Other than that I think this is a lovey one! The pose is very neat and proportioned correctly, and the colors although could be a bet better, look very red wolf-ish. the shape of the fur is good and flows nicely with the body of the wolf. Great job i hope this helps you out a bet. (if you have never used this style before and want to use it, i advise separate practice first so you can get the hang of how the colors blend together)
